Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced CNC Programmer with 810 years of hands-on experience in CNC programming and production support. The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge of 2D programming, CNC machining processes, cycle-time optimization, and manpower handling.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and optimize CNC programs, particularly 2D programming.
- Prepare, modify, and troubleshoot CNC programs according to production requirements.
- Optimize machining parameters to improve productivity and quality.
- Analyze and reduce machine cycle time while maintaining accuracy.
- Handle and coordinate CNC operators and production manpower.
- Monitor machine performance and resolve programming-related issues.




- Improve production efficiency and minimize machine downtime.
- Ensure proper utilization of machines, tools, and manpower.
- Coordinate with the production and engineering teams for smooth operations.
- Maintain quality standards and ensure timely completion of production targets.
- Identify process improvements and implement cost-effective machining solutions.

Requirements

- 8–10 years of relevant experience as a CNC Programmer.
- Excellent knowledge of 2D CNC Programming.
- Strong understanding of CNC machining processes and tooling.
- Experience in cycle-time reduction and process optimization.
- Good manpower handling and team coordination skills.
- Solid problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage production requirements efficiently.
