Position: Team Member – CNC Operator

About the Company A leading Japanese multinational company specializing in DC Motor Manufacturing is looking for experienced and skilled CNC Operators to join its Manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machines, ensuring product quality, and supporting efficient production operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate CNC Turning and Milling machines as per production requirements.
- Set up machines, load materials, and perform machining operations.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and process instructions.
- Monitor machining parameters and ensure dimensional accuracy of components.
- Perform in-process inspections using measuring instruments.
- Identify machining defects and take corrective actions to minimize rework and rejection.
- Carry out routine machine maintenance and maintain machine cleanliness.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams to achieve production targets.




- Maintain production records and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Follow 5S, SOPs, and continuous improvement practices in the workplace.

Preferred Profile

- ITI or Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Tool & Die, Automobile, or a related discipline.
- 2 to 5 years of experience as a CNC Operator in a manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience in CNC Turning and/or CNC Milling operations.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, and Dial Gauge.
- Basic knowledge of CNC machine setting, tooling, and machining parameters.
- Good understanding of quality standards and inspection procedures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
- Positive communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
