Setting &

- Setup – Set and prepare CNC Sliding Head machines for production, including tools, collets, guide bush, workholding, offsets, and cutting parameters.

- Program &
- Drawing Understanding

– Read engineering drawings, understand CNC programs, and make necessary offset/program corrections to achieve required dimensions.

- Tool Management – Select and set cutting tools, monitor tool life, replace worn/broken tools, and optimize cutting conditions.

- Production &

- Quality

– Start production, monitor machine performance, inspect components using measuring instruments, and maintain required quality and dimensional accuracy.

- Troubleshooting – Identify and resolve machine, tooling, dimensional, and process-related problems to reduce rejection and machine downtime.

- Production Target – Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining safety, quality, productivity,



and minimum rejection.

- Current Job Setup – Carry out setup and prove-out for new components, including first-piece inspection and process corrections.

- Multi-Machine Handling – Operate and monitor multiple Sliding Head CNC machines efficiently whenever required.

- Documentation – Maintain setup sheets, tool records, inspection reports, production records, and other required process documents.

- Safety &

- Housekeeping

– Follow machine safety procedures, 5S, and ensure the work area and machines are maintained properly.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
