We are seeking two skilled Machine Operators / Job Setters for our specialized toolroom. You will be responsible for machining high-precision press tool die sets, punches, and injection mold components (cores, cavities, slides). You must be capable of setting up and operating at least one of our core machines. If you specialize in one machine type, on-the-job training will be provided to help you cross-skill across all three.

Machines & Equipment

- 3-Axis VMC: Haas VF2
- Sparking / Die Sinking EDM: Sodick VN400Q
- Wirecut EDM: CHMER D433CL

Key Responsibilities
- Setup & Operation: Align, clamp, and set up workpieces, copper/graphite electrodes, or wire fixtures on one or more of the specified machines.
- Component Machining: Produce precision components for press tools (stamping dies, punches, stripper plates) and injection molds (cores, cavities, inserts) according to engineering specifications.
- Blueprint Reading: Interpret detailed toolroom drawings, machining layouts, and GD&T; tolerances.
- Quality Inspection: Measure finished tool and mold parts using precision instruments (height gauges, dial indicators, micrometers)



to meet strict tooling tolerances.
- Toolroom Maintenance: Maintain clean work areas, inspect cutting tools/electrodes/wire tension, and perform routine preventive maintenance.

Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in a toolroom workplace working on press tools or injection molds.
- Core Competency: Proven capability in operating at least one machine type (3-Axis VMC, Sparking EDM, or Wirecut EDM).
- Tooling Understanding: Familiarity with die & mold steels, punch/die clearances, surface finishes, and tooling tolerances.
- Mindset: Precision-focused, meticulous with quality, and eager to learn other toolroom machining processes.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
