Drive collections and recovery performance for the assigned portfolio.
Monitor delinquency buckets and implement resolution strategies to improve collections efficiency.
Ensure achievement of monthly collection, roll-back, and recovery targets.
Manage NPA reduction initiatives and portfolio quality.
Track collection trends, overdue accounts, and high-risk cases.
Handle escalated customer cases and settlement requests within approved authority limits.
Coordinate with Business, Credit, Risk, Legal, and Operations teams for resolution of delinquent accounts.
Ensure adherence to RBI guidelines, Bank policies, Code of Conduct, and fair collection practices.
