Core Responsibilities

- Multi-Unit Operations: Supervise daily operations across all assigned cluster locations to ensure smooth workflows and adherence to brand standards.

- Financial &
- P&L; Management:

Manage budgets, track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) like food/beverage and labor costs, and drive revenue growth.

- Team Leadership &

- Training:

Coach store managers, coordinate staffing needs, and implement training programs for service excellence.

- Quality &

- Compliance:

Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene regulations (such as FSSAI or HACCP standards), and local licensing laws.

- Customer Experience: Monitor customer satisfaction metrics, resolve escalated feedback, and execute local marketing or promotional campaigns.

- Supply Chain &

- Inventory:

Oversee vendor relationships, minimize stock wastage, and conduct routine inventory audits.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
