We’re seeking a Cloud Support Intern who is passionate about learning cloud technologies and providing technical support for cloud-based systems. You’ll assist our IT and cloud teams in maintaining, monitoring, and troubleshooting cloud infrastructure to ensure smooth operations.

? Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in monitoring cloud infrastructure for performance, security, and uptime.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for cloud applications and services.
- Collaborate with IT teams to resolve customer and internal queries efficiently.
- Help in documenting support activities, incidents, and resolutions.
- Assist in deploying and configuring cloud services.
- Support process improvements in cloud operations and management.

✅ Required Skills:
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Familiarity with networking, servers, and IT fundamentals.




- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn.

? Preferred/Bonus Skills:
- Knowledge of cloud security concepts and best practices.
- Exposure to scripting (Python, Bash, or PowerShell).
- Understanding of virtual machines, storage, and cloud databases.
- Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and monitoring tools.
