Summary

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Cloud Automation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud infrastructure automation, CI/CD practices, and DevOps tooling. They will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing scalable cloud infrastructure, automating deployment workflows, and improving operational efficiency using modern DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, implement, and manage scalable and resilient cloud infrastructure primarily using Infrastructure as Code practices.

- Develop, maintain, and optimize infrastructure provisioning frameworks using Terraform.

- Build, manage, and enhance CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and related automation tools.

- Manage source code repositories, branching strategies, and workflow automation using GitHub.

- Automate infrastructure provisioning, deployment workflows, and operational tasks to improve efficiency.

- Work closely with development, operations, and client teams to understand requirements and implement solutions.

- Implement monitoring, logging, and operational best practices to ensure infrastructure reliability and availability.

- Troubleshoot deployment issues, infrastructure failures, and pipeline-related problems.

- Follow security, governance, and compliance best practices across cloud environments and deployment pipelines.





- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and DevOps best practices.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a developer with a focus on Azure cloud services.

- 3-5 years of experience in cloud development or related roles.

- Proven hands-on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code principles.

- Experience working with GitHub, repository management, and GitHub Actions.

- Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and infrastructure management.

- Solid understanding of CI/CD concepts and automation practices.

- Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and operational support processes.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Good to have skills:

- Experience with Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or other CI/CD tools.

- Scripting knowledge using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.

- Basic understanding of containerization technologies and Kubernetes concepts.

- Knowledge of cloud security, governance, and compliance practices.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Relevant cloud or DevOps certifications are an added advantage
