- Manage the day-to-day operations of a private equity fund, including investor relations, subscription processing, and capitalization.
- Coordinate with portfolio companies to ensure timely delivery of financial reports and other necessary documentation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with limited partners (LPs) to provide regular updates on fund performance and address any concerns they may have.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify potential deals and develop strategies for growth.
Job Requirements :
- 12-14 years of experience in private equity or related field.
- Robust understanding of investment banking, venture capital, or wealth management industries.
- Proven track record in managing complex financial transactions and maintaining strong client relationships.
