Job Role:- Clinical Psychologist (RCI Register)

Qualification- Masters degree in Clinical Psychology / any PG qualification as a Clinical Psychologist.

Experience- Minimum 2+ years

JOB PURPOSE:

Aiming to reduce the distress and improve the psychological wellbeing of the patients. To use psychological methods and research work, to make positive changes to the patients lives and offer various forms of treatment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Adheres to departmental policies, protocols and procedures along with maintain the objectives, quality assurance programs, safety, environmental and infection control standards.
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
- Assessing clients needs, abilities or behavior using a variety of methods, including psychometric tests, interviews and direct observation of behavior.




- Handles both outpatients and inpatients treatment.
- To be compassionate while managing unconscious patients and people with disability.
- Participates in educational programs and get involved in Clinical research, to evaluate outcome and present or publish in national / international meetings or journals.
- To be part of the Quality Improvement Initiative and protocols of the organization.
