NHiring: Clinical Quality Manager

NWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our Teleradiology/dAIx QA team as a Clinical Quality Manager

NKey Responsibilities:

N- Manage daily QA operations and guide the QA team

N- Oversee radiology quality workflows, discrepancy tracking, and report reviews

N- Coordinate AI-assisted radiology QA activities and project follow-ups

N- Ensure timely closure of QA tasks, escalations, and documentation





N- Collaborate with radiologists, operations, and technical teams

N- Support training, workflow improvements, and process compliance

NRequired Skills:

N

n
- 5 plus years of Experience in Healthcare Quality Assurance (QA), Analytics.
N
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting QA metrics, KPIs, and healthcare data.
N
- Analyze QA metrics, discrepancy trends, TAT performance, and operational KPIs
N
- Generate dashboards, reports, and quality insights for management review
N
- Prior experience in teleradiology, radiology operations, PACS/RIS.
N
- Team management and stakeholder coordination skills
N
- Excellent communication, documentation, and follow-up abilities
N
- Robust understanding ofclinical workflows and healthcare compliance
N
- Knowledge of AI-assisted radiology workflows is an added advantage
N

nPreferred Profile:

- Experience in Healthcare QA with strong analytics exposure
N
- Exposure to AI-assistedhealthcare workflows is an added advantage
N
- PMP / PgMP / Agile certification preferred
