Role Description The Clinical Project Assistant (Pharmacy/Dental/Lifesciences), based in Jaipur, supports the planning, execution, and documentation of clinical research projects, including trials and observational studies. This full-time, on-site role involves assisting project managers and clinical operations teams with study coordination, maintaining trial master files, tracking project timelines, and ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures and regulatory requirements.

Daily tasks include data collection support, site communication,



preparation of study-related documents and presentations, and facilitation of ethics and regulatory submissions as directed. The role also includes collaborating with cross-functional teams, maintaining accurate project records, and contributing to quality checks to support audit readiness.

The Clinical Project

Assistant is expected to work closely with investigators, sponsors, and internal stakeholders to help ensure efficient project delivery and high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction with investigators, sponsors, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Research skills, including literature review, data gathering support, and basic understanding of clinical study design and documentation.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills, such as task tracking, timeline monitoring, documentation organization, and follow-up with stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Clinical Operations skills relevant to coordinating study activities, supporting site management, and maintaining regulatory and study files.
- Candidates should possess Clinical Research Experience or exposure through internships, projects, or prior roles in clinical trials, observational studies, or related areas.
- Relevant academic background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Dentistry, Lifesciences, Nursing, or a related healthcare or scientific discipline.
- Knowledge of GCP guidelines, basic regulatory requirements, and clinical trial documentation is highly beneficial.
