Role Description This is a full time, on-site Clinical Doctor role based in Kozhikode.

The Clinical

Doctor will provide evidence-based medical care to patients with chronic and acute conditions, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and follow-up.

Responsibilities include conducting thorough clinical examinations, reviewing investigations, prescribing medications and therapies, and coordinating with nursing, rehabilitation, and allied health teams to ensure continuity of care. The role involves close communication with patients and families to explain diagnoses, treatment options, and long-term management plans,



as well as documenting clinical encounters accurately in medical records.

The Clinical

Doctor will participate in multidisciplinary case discussions, support the design of individualized care packages, contribute to quality and safety initiatives, and adhere to all clinical governance and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

- Recognized medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) from an accredited institution and valid registration with the appropriate medical council.
- Postgraduate qualification or clinical experience in relevant specialties such as Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Nephrology, Cardiology, Neurology, Oncology, or Rehabilitation medicine is an advantage.
- Demonstrated clinical skills in patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and chronic disease management across diverse age groups.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to counsel patients and families, manage expectations, and work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to maintain accurate medical documentation, use electronic health records, and follow evidence-based protocols and clinical guidelines.
- Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care, ethical practice, and respect for cultural and individual differences.
- Willingness to participate in on-site duties, rotational shifts if required, and continuous professional development activities.
- Experience or interest in integrated and holistic care models, including coordination with AYUSH and wellness services, is beneficial.
