Position Overview

Hoola Health is seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinic Manager to lead the daily administrative and operational functions of our pediatric clinic.

The Clinic

Manager will be responsible for upholding the highest standards of patient care, optimizing staff performance, and ensuring the clinic runs smoothly and efficiently. This role plays a vital part in cultivating a collaborative, child friendly, and patient-centric environment, while aligning with Hoola Helaths mission to provide accessible, high-quality pediatric healthcare.

Role & responsibilities

Perform day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth coordination between medical and therapy teams

- Supervise administrative staff, front desk, and support personnel
- Ensure timely and efficient appointment scheduling, patient follow-ups, and record management
- Handle parent queries, service concerns, and ensure a warm, child friendly clinic environment




- Manage clinic budgets, billing systems, and inventory, ensuring cost effective procurement, resource utilization and facility hygiene
- Enhance clinic profitability through effective upselling and cross selling of relevant services for the patients.
- Manage team attendance, schedules, and task delegation
- Administer therapy appointment bookings and collect patient feedback to enhance service quality
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and training of staff
- Support internal communication and team engagement activities
- Ensure compliance with clinic protocols, documentation standards, and data security.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelors degree in healthcare administration, Business Management, or in a service industry-related field is preferred.
- Proven leadership, decision-making, and people-management skills.
- A minimum of 24 years experience in clinic or hospital management, preferably within pediatric or allied health settings.
- Experience managing a sales-oriented business will be considered an additional asset.
- Solid organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic data entry
- Basic knowledge of data analysis tools (Advanced Excel, Google Sheets)
- Support operational reporting, data entry, and basic administrative tasks.
