Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end client servicing and maintain strong client relationships.
- Understand client requirements, briefs, timelines and deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal production, creative and operations teams to execute projects smoothly.
- Take complete ownership of production after receiving the project from the client , ensuring timely and quality delivery.
- Plan, monitor and coordinate the entire production process from start to finish.
- Regularly communicate with clients regarding project progress, updates and requirements.
- Ensure projects are delivered within the agreed timeline and budget .




- Resolve client queries and production-related issues efficiently.
- Coordinate with vendors and other stakeholders wherever required.
- Ensure client satisfaction and successful project closure.

Qualifications

- Strong client-facing skills, including Client Services and Client Relations, with the ability to build long-term partnerships.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Experience in marketing, branding, BTL activation or Events management, preferably in an agency environment.
- Experience in Client Servicing / Project Coordination / Production Management, preferably in the events, advertising, marketing or related industry.
- Strong understanding of production processes and execution.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency in basic office and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Office, project management platforms).
- Solid problem-solving and client-handling abilities.
- Comfortable in travelling
- Should be proactive and comfortable taking end-to-end ownership of projects.
