Whizz HR is hiring for Client Servicing Executive / Brand Executive for a leading advertising agency in Mohali, Punjab.

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Client Servicing Executive to manage client relationships, understand client requirements, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely delivery of services. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Understand client requirements and communicate them effectively to internal teams.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, design, and other departments to ensure timely project execution.
- Handle client queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
- Monitor project timelines and provide regular status updates to clients.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.




- Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in client servicing, account management, customer success, or a similar role.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.

Required Skills

- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.

- Positive organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
