About the Role

We are looking for a Client Servicing Executive who will be responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and supporting the planning and execution of corporate events, exhibitions, and brand activations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams.
- Prepare client presentations, proposals, and event concepts.
- Coordinate with production teams, vendors, hotels, and other stakeholders.
- Assist in planning and executing corporate events, exhibitions, and activations.
- Handle client communication, follow-ups, and event-related coordination.
- Coordinate with multiple teams to ensure smooth event execution.




- Monitor timelines and ensure deliverables are completed as planned.
- Support the team throughout the event lifecycle, from planning to completion.

What We’re Looking For

- 1–3 years of experience in event management, client servicing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust coordination and organisational abilities.
- Passion for events, client servicing, and experiential marketing.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under deadlines.
- Good working knowledge of PowerPoint and MS Office.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and requirements simultaneously.
- Prior experience in corporate events, exhibitions, or brand activations will be an advantage.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
