Role Description The Client Relations Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi. This role involves acting as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their marketing objectives, and coordinating internal teams to deliver campaigns and projects on time.

Responsibilities include managing client accounts, preparing and delivering presentations, tracking project progress, and ensuring a positive client experience throughout the engagement.

The Client Servicing

Executive will also address client queries, gather feedback,



support campaign performance reviews, and contribute to ongoing relationship-building and upselling opportunities.

Qualifications

- Strong Client Services and Client Relations skills to manage expectations, build trust, and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Experience in Customer Service, with the ability to respond promptly, professionally, and empathetically to client needs and concerns.
- Account Management capabilities, including project coordination, timeline management, and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Ability to create and deliver clear, engaging Presentations tailored to client objectives and campaign performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with robust interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
- Prior experience in marketing, advertising, or digital agencies is preferred.
- Solid organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is advantageous.
