⚡ Immediate Joiners / Candidates with up to 30 Days Notice Preferred Role Overview The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for driving effective workforce utilization, bench governance, resource fulfillment, and client engagement across multiple accounts.

The successful candidate will work closely with Delivery Leaders, Practice Heads, Talent Acquisition, HR, Operations, and Clients to ensure optimal resource allocation, high utilization, timely deployments, and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Resource & Bench Management (Primary Focus)

- Drive bench management initiatives and ensure optimal resource utilization across business units.
- Monitor bench strength, skill inventory, utilization reports, and bench aging metrics.
- Identify deployment opportunities and proactively reduce bench aging.
- Partner with Sales, Delivery, and Practice Leaders to align available talent with business demand.
- Maintain visibility into resource availability, project allocations, upcoming demand, and capacity gaps.
- Manage workforce planning, capacity forecasting, succession planning, and resource deployment strategies.
- Ensure timely staffing and deployment of consultants against project requirements.
- Track utilization trends and recommend corrective actions to improve productivity and profitability.

Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Conduct governance meetings, service reviews, and business discussions.




- Understand client business needs and translate them into resource and delivery plans.
- Manage client escalations and ensure timely issue resolution.

Delivery & Fulfillment Management
- Coordinate with Delivery Teams to fulfill client resource requirements.
- Support project ramp-ups, transitions, and strategic staffing initiatives.
- Monitor fulfillment SLAs and deployment turnaround times.
- Proactively identify delivery risks and recommend mitigation plans.
- Ensure alignment between project demand, resource availability, and client expectations.

Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with Delivery Managers, Practice Heads, Sales, HR, Talent Acquisition, and Operations teams.
- Facilitate seamless communication between internal teams and client stakeholders.
- Present workforce planning reports, utilization dashboards, capacity forecasts, and account insights to leadership.

Business Growth & Account Management
- Support account growth through proactive workforce planning and resource fulfillment.
- Identify opportunities for expanding existing client engagements.
- Drive customer satisfaction and relationship health.
- Contribute to revenue growth through effective account and workforce management.
