Your Role

As a Client Relationship Executive, you will be the face of Aarolife, helping families understand our healthcare services and guiding them throughout their journey. You will build lasting relationships with clients, healthcare professionals, and community partners while supporting Aarolife's growth.

Key Responsibilities





- Conduct regular phone/video check-ins with assigned clients
- Motivate and encourage clients to complete their prescribed exercises and daily routines
- Ask structured questions to understand how clients are feeling — pain levels, mood, mobility changes, appetite, sleep
- Recognize red flags (e.g., sudden pain spikes, falls, missed routines) and escalate promptly to the specialist team following our escalation protocol
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of each interaction in our client tracking system
- Visit partner apartment communities periodically for in-person check-ins, family conversations, or scheduled reassessments
- Build genuine rapport with clients and their families — this is a relationship-driven role, not a transactional one
