Full We are expanding our core real estate advisory team in Kolkata, specializing in high-ticket residential land transactions. We are seeking 5 ambitious, self-driven individuals to join our advisory operations and handle end-to-end client relationships and site tours.

Key Responsibilities





- Engage prospective land buyers, evaluate their investment criteria, and present matching plot options.
- Organize, coordinate, and lead property site visits across prime growth corridors in Kolkata.
- Address client queries regarding property dimensions, basic paperwork, and project features with full support from the agency.
- Maintain active daily client outreach and follow-ups with minimal micromanagement.

Candidate Profile & Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, or BA preferred).
- Experience: 0 to 2 years in Direct Sales, Business Development, Banking, Insurance, or Client Relations (Energetic freshers with strong communication are encouraged to apply).
- Language: Fluency in Bengali and Hindi is required.
- Mobility: Optionally own a 2-wheeler for client site visits across Newtown, Salt Lake, and South Kolkata locations.
- Attributes: Strong interpersonal skills, professional demeanor, self-motivation, and target focus.

Supplemental Pay Details Target monthly earnings range from ₹25,000 to ₹50,000+ per month based on closure milestones.
