We're a fractional CFO practice working with founder-led D2C and consumer brands. Looking for someone who can own the client relationship day to day.

What the job is:

You're the primary point of contact for our clients. You run check in calls solo. You chase documents. You follow up when founders ghost on data requests. You keep engagements moving without me having to step in for every conversation.

This is not a back-office role. You're on camera, on calls, holding your own with founders and their finance teams.

What I'm looking for:

Some prior experience working directly with clients or stakeholders. Doesn't need to be finance but you need to have been in rooms where things got uncomfortable.

You should know how to push back politely. Clients will test boundaries, delay documents, expand scope mid-call,



and occasionally be unreasonable. I need someone who holds the line without torching the relationship.

I also need someone who can judge the relationship between us and our clients. If a client is consistently disrespectful or uncooperative, I expect you to flag it clearly and recommend we walk.

If you can't handle conflict effectively or get flustered, this isn't for you.

Details:

- Fully remote
- ₹30,000–60,000/month depending on experience
- You'll work closely with me, but independently with clients
