Client Growth Partner - Dezerv

Responsibilities

- Manage a portfolio of 80-100 clients with a current aggregate AUM of 100- 125 Cr, with the potential to scale up to 200 Cr

- Conduct quarterly video reviews with each client to discuss their Dezerv portfolio performance, benchmark comparisons and address any queries

- Maintain regular digital engagement to provide timely updates, resolve client inquiries, and ensure seamless communication

- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention

- Drive portfolio growth by initiating SIPs and securing additional capital commitments to expand client wallet share

- Analyze client portfolios and recommend optimization strategies in line with Dezerv s investment philosophy

Requirements

- Minimum 2+ years of relevant portfolio advisory experience in financial services like Banks, NBFC s AMCs

- Strong understanding of: Mutual Funds, Fixed Income / Bonds, Portfolio Management Services (PMS), Alternative Investment Funds (AIF) and asset allocation strategies

- Good academic credentials, such as an MBA from a top B-school, CFA Level 2/3, or CA





- Strong alignment toward sales and client relationship management

- Deep knowledge of financial markets,market trends, investment products, and portfolio strategies

- Ability to translate complex financial information into easy insights for clients

- High ownership and strong stakeholder management skills (both internal and external)

- Excellent communication skills
