Key Job Responsibilities

- Site Measurement & Joint Inspection: Take joint measurements on-site with the client or Independent Engineer (IE) / Authority Engineer (AE) for completed road and structure items.
- RA Bill Preparation & Submission: Compile periodic Running Account bills, milestone invoices, and final bills aligned with project progress.
- BOQ & Standard Compliance: Ensure all billing calculations strictly follow the contract agreement, Bill of Quantities, and Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (MoRTH) specifications.
- Variation & Extra Item Claims: Identify, document,



and price extra or deviated items that fall outside the original contract scope.
- Material Reconciliation: Track steel, cement, bitumen, and other supplied materials against theoretical consumption to clear usage statements.
- Client Coordination & Certification: Liaise closely with client representatives and consultants to explicit technical queries, resolve measurement disputes, and secure bill certification.
- Audit Documentation: Maintain updated Measurement Books (MB), billing registers, and back-up dockets for internal and external project audits
