About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and energetic Client Advisor to join us on a one-month On-Job Training (OJT) period, with the opportunity to convert into a full-time role. You will work across both CRM operations and field sales , gaining hands-on experience in the real estate industry from day one.

Key Responsibilities: Manage and update property listings on the CRM platform Generate and follow up on leads via website, social media, and calls Conduct site visits with potential buyers/tenants and assist in property tours Build and maintain relationships with property owners and clients Negotiate and close property deals (sales, rentals, leasing)



Coordinate with the sales team for smooth transaction processing Meet defined sales targets within the OJT period What We're Looking For: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude Willingness to work in the field and travel within Indore Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus Prior sales or real estate experience is an advantage, but freshers are welcome Fluency in Hindi and English Compensation &
