- Generate and qualify recent business leads.
- Schedule meetings and product demos with interested companies.
- Conduct follow-ups and maintain regular communication with prospects.
- Onboard new clients and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams.
- Resolve client queries and provide timely support.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Maintain lead trackers, CRM records, and daily outreach reports.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
