Job Summary

We are hiring for one of our esteemed clients. We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Executive with experience in the recruitment or HR consulting industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in lead generation, cold calling, client acquisition, and business development. The role requires building strong client relationships, identifying recent business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other lead generation channels.
- Acquire new clients and develop long-term business relationships.
- Schedule meetings with prospective clients to understand their hiring requirements.
- Present recruitment and staffing solutions to potential clients.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercials, and close business deals.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery of client requirements.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients.




- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly business targets.
- Maintain CRM, sales reports, and business development MIS.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Any Graduate; MBA in Marketing, HR, or Business Management will be preferred.
- Hands-on experience in Business Development, Client Acquisition, or Sales, preferably in HR Consultancy, Recruitment, Staffing, or Consulting.
- Hands-on experience in cold calling, lead generation, client acquisition, and B2B sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience in LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, and networking will be an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
