Role Description The Civil Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhenkanal.

Responsibilities include daily supervision of civil construction activities, monitoring site progress, and ensuring work is executed according to drawings, specifications, and safety standards. The role involves coordinating with engineers, contractors, and workers, organizing manpower and material requirements, and maintaining site documentation such as daily reports and checklists.

The Civil

Supervisor will oversee quality control for concrete,



masonry, structural and refractory-related civil works, and ensure timely completion of tasks. The position also requires addressing on-site issues promptly and supporting adherence to project schedules and company procedures.

Qualifications

- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and guide site teams effectively.
- Practical experience in site supervision and on-site civil construction activities.
- Knowledge of quality control processes in civil works, including inspection and compliance with standards.
- Clear and professional communication skills for coordinating with project stakeholders.
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in industrial or infrastructure projects, preferably in coke ovens, steel, or related sectors.
- Understanding of safety regulations and ability to enforce protected working practices on site.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Proficiency in basic documentation, reporting, and use of standard construction tools and equipment.
