Civil Site Engineer

Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Experience: 3–4 Years

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Civil Site Engineer to oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensure quality execution, coordinate with consultants and contractors, and deliver projects on time while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 3–4 years of experience in residential, commercial, or villa construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of RCC, finishing works, and site execution.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and BOQs.
- Good understanding of construction quality standards and safety practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily construction activities at project sites.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.




- Monitor construction quality, safety, and project progress.
- Prepare daily progress reports and verify contractor bills.
- Manage material planning, inventory, and site resources.
- Resolve in office technical issues and ensure timely project completion.
- Assist in project handover and preparation of as-built documentation.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in real estate or residential villa projects.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office.
- Familiarity with MS Project or Primavera is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
