Job Title: Civil Site Engineer

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Civil Site Engineer to oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensure quality execution, and manage project progress at the site. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal teams.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Verify measurements and maintain BOQ records.
- Manage material planning, inventory, and site resources efficiently.
- Resolve technical issues arising during project execution.
- Ensure timely completion of work while maintaining quality standards.




- Maintain project documentation, site records, and reports.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 2–6 years of experience in construction/site execution.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office.
- Knowledge of construction methodologies, QA/QC, and safety practices.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and team coordination skills.
- Willingness to work at project sites in Ahmedabad.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial construction projects.
- Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
- Valuable planning, execution, and reporting skills.
