About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Civil Planner with strong expertise in planning, scheduling, and project control within the Defence/Aerospace sector. The role requires hands-on experience in managing large-scale civil/infrastructure projects with a strategic and analytical mindset.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines using Primavera P6 / MS Project
- Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and forecasting activities
- Monitor project progress and implement effective project control mechanisms
- Conduct variance analysis and provide corrective action plans
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless project execution
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and progress tracking reports for leadership
- Ensure adherence to timelines, cost efficiency, and quality standards





Mandatory Requirements

- Experience strictly in Defence / Aerospace industry or Large Scale Manufacturing Industry- Civil Planning for Plants and Factories construction projects.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in planning & scheduling roles
- Strong expertise in project planning, budgeting, forecasting, and control
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 / MS Project
- Full-time BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Age: Maximum 40 years
