Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead and manage civil engineering consultancy projects from concept to completion.
- Review and approve DPRs, BOQs, cost estimates, tender documents, drawings, and technical specifications.
- Ensure compliance with applicable IS Codes, NBC, CPWD, MES, Defence, PSU, and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including Structural, Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and Environmental disciplines.
- Manage project schedules, deliverables, resources, and client requirements.
- Conduct technical reviews, value engineering, and design optimization.
- Attend client meetings, site visits, presentations, and project review discussions.
- Support preparation of technical proposals, bids, consultancy agreements, and business development activities.
- Establish and maintain quality assurance procedures for engineering deliverables.
- Mentor, guide, and develop engineering teams to achieve project objectives.
