CIVIL ENGINEER

- Qualification: BE CIVIL

- Position: Civil Engineer

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day maintenance of company buildings and civil infrastructure

- Inspect buildings regularly and identify repair and maintenance requirements

- Plan and supervise civil repair, renovation, and maintenance works

- Monitor building structures, flooring, roofing, walls, drainage, and other civil works

- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and maintenance workers

- Prepare estimates and material requirements for civil maintenance works

- Monitor quality of materials and workmanship

- Ensure maintenance works are completed on time

- Maintain records of civil maintenance activities and expenses

- Identify structural and civil-related issues and take corrective action

- Coordinate emergency civil repair and maintenance requirements

- Support planning and execution of new building construction whenever required

- Supervise new construction,



expansion, renovation, and modification projects when required

- Check construction work as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards

- Ensure proper safety practices are followed during maintenance and construction activities

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of building maintenance and civil construction

- Strong site supervision and contractor management skills

- Knowledge of civil repair and maintenance works

- Ability to read and understand civil drawings

- Good knowledge of construction materials and methods

- Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills

- Good communication and coordination skills

- Ability to manage multiple maintenance activities
