Role Description This is a full-time, in office Civil Engineer role based in Mumbai.

The Civil

Engineer will oversee planning, design, and execution of waterproofing, structural repair, flooring, and industrial coating projects, ensuring adherence to engineering standards and project specifications. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing drawings, conducting site inspections, coordinating with contractors and application teams, and monitoring quality of surface preparation and system application. The role also involves managing project timelines,



assisting in stormwater management and drainage design where relevant, preparing technical reports, and supporting continuous improvement in on-ground execution.

The Civil

Engineer will collaborate closely with project managers and clients to ensure safe, durable, and efficient project delivery.

Qualifications

- Civil Engineering fundamentals, including Civil Engineering Design and core Civil Engineering principles.
- Experience working as Civil Engineers on infrastructure, industrial, or building projects, preferably with on-site execution responsibilities.
- Planning and project coordination skills, including scheduling, resource management, and site supervision.
- Knowledge of Stormwater Management, drainage systems, and related hydrology/hydraulic considerations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline from an accredited institution.
- Familiarity with waterproofing, structural repair methods, flooring, and industrial coatings will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in relevant engineering and drafting tools (e.g., AutoCAD or similar) and basic MS Office skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities, with a focus on safety and long-term performance.
