Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Civil Engineer role based in Pune City.

The Civil

Engineer will work closely with project managers and site teams to plan, design, and supervise civil works for residential and commercial developments. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing civil engineering designs and drawings, coordinating structural and stormwater management solutions, and ensuring compliance with local building codes and safety standards. The role involves monitoring site execution, resolving technical issues, conducting quality checks on materials and workmanship, and preparing progress reports and documentation.

The Civil

Engineer will also collaborate with contractors, vendors, and consultants to support project scheduling, budgeting, and successful delivery.

Qualifications





- Strong foundation in Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design, with the ability to apply engineering principles to real estate and construction projects.
- Experience working as Civil Engineers on planning, coordination, and execution of site activities for residential or commercial developments.
- Candidate must have experience of billing.
- Candidate must have experience working with PMC.
- Candidate must have minimum 5 years of e xperience in construction execution .
- Skills in Planning and project coordination, including scheduling, resource allocation, and documentation for civil works.
- Knowledge of Stormwater Management, drainage design, and related infrastructure to support safe and sustainable site development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline from an accredited institution.
- Proficiency with relevant engineering and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D or similar tools) and familiarity with local building codes and standards.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and site inspection skills, with attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with project managers, architects, contractors, and site staff.
- Previous experience in construction, or infrastructure projects in an urban setting is an advantage.
