Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Billing Engineer with a robust background in quantity surveying, billing, contracts, and commercial management of large-scale civil and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in quantity take-offs, cost estimation, client billing, subcontractor billing, contract administration, and claims management.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs from approved drawings, technical specifications, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
- Estimate costs for civil, structural, and infrastructure works.
- Prepare, review, and verify Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for various project packages.
- Verify and certify client Running Account (RA) bills in accordance with contractual terms.
- Verify and process subcontractor and vendor bills based on executed quantities and work completion.
- Measure, certify, and validate executed work quantities as per contract specifications and project requirements.
- Identify, evaluate, and maintain records of variations, change orders, and additional work items.




- Prepare detailed proposals for change orders and extra-item works, supported by technical and commercial documentation, and submit them to the client.
- Prepare, document, and submit contractual claims related to time extensions, additional costs, and scope changes.
- Coordinate with project execution, planning, procurement, and contracts teams to ensure accurate commercial documentation.
- Maintain comprehensive records of quantities, billing, claims, and contract-related documentation.
- Ensure compliance with contract conditions, company procedures, and project commercial requirements.

Qualification

•Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech - Civil).

Experience

- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying, billing, contracts, and commercial functions for large-scale building, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
