Role & responsibilities The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in CBG Plant/RCC chimney construction and hydraulic slip form systems, preferably on tall industrial structures.

- Supervise slip-form construction of RCC structures, including digesters/tanks or other designated vertical structures.
- Check reinforcement, shuttering, embedments, inserts and construction joints before and during concreting.
- Monitor continuous concrete pouring and maintain the required slip-form lifting rate and level.
- Check verticality, dimensions, alignment and elevation of the structure using surveying instruments.
- Coordinate RMC/concrete supply, reinforcement, manpower, pumps and machinery to ensure uninterrupted slip-form operations.
- Monitor concrete quality, slump, temperature, cube sampling and curing.
- Ensure reinforcement is installed according to structural drawings and BBS.
- Coordinate with structural, mechanical, electrical and process teams for pipe sleeves, nozzles, anchor bolts and embedded items.
- Prepare daily progress reports, measurements, quantity statements and site records.




- Monitor subcontractors and labour productivity.
- Prepare/verify BOQ, BBS, material requirements and contractor bills.
- Ensure work follows approved drawings, method statements, ITPs, quality standards and safety requirements.
- Identify construction problems such as honeycombing, cracks, leakage, dimensional deviations and verticality issues and coordinate corrective action.
- Assist in testing, inspection, commissioning support and final handover documentation.

Preferred candidate profile We are looking for an experienced Slip form Civil Engineer to supervise and manage the construction of Digester System within the CBG Plant using slip form technology. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, reinforcement, concrete works, slip form operations, dimensional control, quality assurance, safety coordination, and coordination with contractors and consultants.
