We are looking for a Civil Engineer to manage and coordinate civil work related to retail showrooms, including recent store construction, renovation, maintenance, and refurbishment projects. The role will involve site supervision, contractor coordination, quality control, and ensuring timely completion of projects as per company standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage civil work for new retail showroom setups, renovations, and refurbishments.

- Conduct site visits and supervise ongoing civil work at stores.

- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, mall management, and internal teams.

- Check and ensure the quality of civil, flooring, painting, ceiling, partition, plumbing, and related works.

- Review drawings, measurements, BOQs, and work estimates.

- Monitor project timelines, material requirements, and work progress.

- Verify contractor work and measurements before submitting bills for approval.

- Identify site issues and coordinate for timely resolution.

- Ensure all work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.

- Maintain project documentation, site reports, photographs, measurements,



and completion records.

- Support the Operations and Store teams in resolving civil and infrastructure-related issues.

- Conduct regular inspections of existing stores and identify maintenance requirements.

- Coordinate preventive and corrective civil maintenance across retail locations.

- Ensure proper handover of completed projects to the Operations/Store team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

- 2–5 years of experience in civil construction, retail projects, commercial interiors, or showroom projects.

- Strong knowledge of civil construction and finishing work.

- Experience in handling contractors and vendors.

- Ability to read and understand civil drawings and BOQs.

- Good knowledge of estimation, measurements, and billing.

- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Willingness to travel to different store/project locations as required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
