Role Description This is a full time, on-site Civil Engineer role located in the Greater Delhi Area.

The Civil

Engineer will contribute to the planning, design, and execution of high-end residential infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with structural, safety, and sustainability standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing civil engineering designs and drawings, coordinating with architects, contractors, and consultants, and overseeing site activities to verify compliance with project specifications and timelines. The role also involves conducting technical assessments, supporting stormwater management and drainage solutions, and assisting with project documentation, reporting, and quality control.

Engineer will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects that meet DoubleOne Infrastructure™’s standards for premium and sustainable living.

Qualifications

Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design skills, with the ability to apply engineering principles to residential infrastructure projects.

Planning skills for project scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination with cross-functional teams.

Knowledge of Stormwater Management and related drainage systems, including design, analysis, and compliance with local regulations.

Experience working as part of Civil Engineers teams on construction or development projects.

Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline.

Familiarity with relevant building codes, standards, and safety regulations in the Greater Delhi/NCR region.

Proficiency in CAD and civil design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D or equivalent) and basic project management tools.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and site supervision skills, with attention to detail and quality.

Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including architects, contractors, and clients.

Previous experience in residential or infrastructure projects and an interest in sustainable construction practices are advantageous.
