Site Execution & Supervision

- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at residential project site.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Monitor construction progress and ensure timely completion of project.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, consultants, and suppliers.
- Resolve in office technical issues and provide practical engineering solutions.

Quality Control

- Ensure all construction work complies with quality standards and building codes.
- Inspect RCC work, brickwork, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, painting, and finishing works.
- Verify the quality of construction materials before use.
- Conduct regular quality checks and rectify defects promptly.

Planning & Resource Management

- Prepare daily work schedules and monitor labour productivity.
- Plan material requirements and coordinate timely procurement.
- Control material consumption and minimize wastage.
- Ensure the efficient utilization of manpower, machinery and equipment.

Billing & Measurements

- Take site measurements and maintain Measurement Books (MB).
- Verify contractor bills and work completion quantities.
- Maintain records of material consumption and project costs.
- Assist in preparing project progress reports.

Safety & Compliance





- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Conduct routine safety inspections and ensure workers use appropriate PPE.
- Report accidents, unsafe conditions, and non-compliance immediately.

Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain daily site progress reports, labour attendance, inspection records and material logs.
- Prepare weekly and monthly project progress reports.
- Record site instructions, quality inspections, and snag lists.
- Maintain project documentation for audits and handovers.

Client Coordination

- Coordinate with homeowners, architects, consultants.
- Attend site meetings and provide regular updates on project progress.
- Ensure owners requirements are implemented without compromising quality or safety.

Skills Required

- Strong knowledge of residential construction methods and finishing works.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural and service drawings.
- Knowledge of RCC, masonry, waterproofing, flooring, and interior finishing.
- Familiarity with BOQs, estimation, billing and site measurements.

Qualification

- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
