? Job Title: Civil Design Engineer- Sub-Station

- 5 to 8 years’ experience in Civil Design Substation Structures.
- Well versed in Staad Pro Civil software.
- Preparation of Civil design of all Structures in Sub-stations like GIS/Control room building (Structural and Architectural), Equipment support structures and foundation, CB foundation, Transformer foundation, Fire wall, Drains, Compound wall, Road, Road cum Rail, Guard room, Gravel filling, Retaining wall design, special structures, Firefighting water tank Firefighting pump house, DG Foundation, Gantry structures and foundation, RRM wall, Cable support structures, Cable trenches as per various Indian and international codes.
- Support in Pre-Tender Engineering i.e, preliminary design and Engg, working on BOQs and technical support to tender team.
- Preparation of MFCs for the equipment structures, Gantry towers and Lighting Mast towers.




- Knowledge of prevailing Indian and international codes.
- Preparation and review of technical specification, method statement, design basis reports.
- Preparation and updating MDL. Engineering document control.
- Review of vendor drawings.
- Perform site visits as needed.
- Taking off BOQs and BOMs.
- Drawing preparations with the help of team of draftsman.
- Interaction with customer/consultants for drawing approvals.
- In Depth knowledge of geotechnical will be an added advantage.
- Inter-disciplinary coordination with other departments like Electrical design, Tender, Project & Planning Team, Site Team.

Requirement

- BE Civil with 5-8 years of relevant design experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
