Job Overview

Baseline is looking for a Civil BIM Modeller with experience in industrial and commercial projects. The role involves developing and maintaining BIM models, preparing detailed drawings, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to support project design and execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain 3D BIM models for civil and structural works using Revit.
- Prepare detailed plans, sections, elevations, layouts, and construction drawings.
- Develop BIM models for RCC structures, foundations, slabs, columns, beams, walls, and other civil elements.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP teams, and other disciplines.
- Perform clash detection and support multidisciplinary coordination using Navisworks.
- Update BIM models based on design revisions, site requirements, and project changes.
- Prepare drawing sheets, schedules, and quantity take-offs from BIM models.
- Ensure models and drawings comply with project standards, LOD requirements, and client specifications.
- Maintain proper model documentation and version control.
- Participate in coordination meetings and resolve BIM-related technical issues.

Qualification & Experience

- Diploma / B.E.



/ B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Civil BIM Modelling.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
- Strong knowledge of civil and structural modeling and construction documentation.
- Experience in modeling RCC structures, foundations, structural elements, and architectural/civil components.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, civil, and structural drawings.
- Knowledge of BIM standards, LOD requirements, and multidisciplinary coordination.
- Experience in industrial and commercial projects will be preferred.
- Positive communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
