Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month

⏳ Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities

✅ Coordinate with architectural consultants and the site execution team.

✅ Review architectural drawings and follow up with consultants for revisions.

✅ Ensure drawings are executed accurately at the project site.

✅ Cross-check architectural drawings with actual site execution.

✅ Prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoM) and maintain project documentation.

✅ Resolve design and execution-related issues in coordination with consultants.

Requirements

Eligibility

✔ Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).

✔ 4–9 years of experience in Real Estate Construction.

✔ Mandatory experience in High-Rise Residential Projects (100+ meters).

✔ Solid knowledge of AutoCAD, architectural drawings, consultant coordination, and site execution.

✔ Excellent communication and coordination skills.
