Key Responsibilities (JD):
- Supply Onboarding: Drive onboarding of drivers to ensure adequate supply in the city.
- Demand Generation: Plan and execute local marketing initiatives to increase ride demand and customer acquisition.
- Fulfilment Control: Monitor and improve ride fulfilment rates, ensuring minimal cancellations and optimal customer experience.
- Daily Escalation Handling: Manage and resolve day-to-day operational issues, including driver/customer escalations.
- City Transactions Growth: Own overall city performance by driving GMV growth, ride volumes, and operational efficiency.
- Backlog Commission Recovery: Track pending collections, ensure timely recovery of commissions, and maintain financial discipline at the city level.
