Executive Summary: The Circle Manager will oversee and scale two core strategic portfolios: Joint Liability Group (JLG) microfinance and Unsecured MSME Business Loans. This role requires driving regional sales strategy, expanding geographic footprints, maintaining portfolio quality, and ensuring strict regulatory compliance.

Core Responsibilities:

1. Expand Market Footprint

- Identify high-potential districts for JLG penetration and Unsecured MSME market entry.
- Assess geographic opportunities to strategically launch new branch networks.
- Formulate circle-level expansion blueprints aligned with corporate growth targets.

2. Drive Business Performance

- Achieve budgeted volume, disbursement, and collection targets for both product lines.
- Implement distinct sales strategies for high-frequency JLG lending and cash-flow-based MSME underwriting.
- Track Regional and Area Managers to identify and plug operational efficiency gaps.

3. Manage Portfolio Quality & Risk

- Formulate region-specific credit risk strategies alongside Zonal and Business Heads.
- Deploy preventive and curative measures to maintain minimal Non-Performing Assets (NPAs).
- Monitor field activities to ensure zero dilution in group formation (JLG)



and promoter verification (MSME).

4. Lead Compliance & Operations

- Enforce absolute adherence to DCL operational policies and RBI NBFC-MFI regulations.
- Conduct regular branch audits to verify documentation, loan utilization, and collection ethics.
- Standardize credit discipline across both center-meetings (JLG) and doorstep assessments (MSME).

5. Build Team Capabilities

- Coordinate with HR to manage recruitment, onboarding, and performance appraisals.
- Provide continuous training to field staff on cash-flow assessment and relationship management.
- Mentor Regional Managers to build a high-performing, motivated second-line leadership.

Job Requirements: Experience & Qualifications:

- Education: Any Graduate or Post Graduate degree.
- Experience: 6 to 11 years of relevant experience in NBFCs, MFIs, BFSI, or Fintech entities.
- Domain Expertise: Proven track record of managing Microfinance (JLG) & Unsecured MSME retail asset products operations at a Regional level.

Core Skills:

- Age Limit: Minimum 28 years to maximum 40 years.
- Leadership: Energetic, articulate, and hardworking professional with exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Well-versed in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiar with digital lending platform.
