Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

- Responsible for overseeing the operations and maintenance of passive telecom infrastructure (towers, power systems, shelters, and related assets) across the assigned telecom circle.
- The role involves ensuring high uptime, optimal energy efficiency, preventive and corrective maintenance, vendor management, SLA compliance, and cost control while maintaining network availability as per client agreements.
- Lead O&M; activities across all telecom sites within the circle.
- Ensure >99.95% uptime for all passive infrastructure (towers, DG sets, batteries, power systems, etc.).
- Implement preventive maintenance (PM) schedules and enforce compliance.
- Manage a team of Cluster Managers, Field Engineers, and Technicians.
- Supervise third-party vendors for site upkeep, diesel filling, security, and equipment servicing.




- Track and manage all critical and non-critical infrastructure assets.
- Ensure timely preventive and corrective maintenance to reduce asset failures.
- Project planning, Site Coordination/Monitoring, Site Execution and preparation of handover documents

- Ensure business development in the circle, cost control, timely collection of payments as per the targets
- regular interaction with the team and customer and maintain most preferred vendor status with all customers
