Job Summary

We are looking for a Civil Engineer / Site Engineer with hands-on experience in building construction, office interior works, modular furniture, plumbing, and electrical coordination. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site activities and ensuring quality and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor building construction and civil works including masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, painting, and finishing.
- Manage office interior and modular furniture installation including workstations, partitions, storage, reception, and other furniture works.
- Coordinate electrical and plumbing works with contractors and ensure proper execution.
- Read and understand civil, interior, electrical, and plumbing drawings.
- Monitor manpower, materials, workmanship, quality,



and project progress.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Prepare daily/weekly site reports, material requirements, and measurements.
- Identify site issues and ensure timely resolution to avoid delays and rework.
- Ensure proper finishing, safety, housekeeping, snag rectification, and project handover.

Requirements

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 2–5 years of relevant site experience.
- Experience in building construction and commercial office interiors preferred.
- Practical knowledge of civil, interior, plumbing, electrical, and finishing works.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Valuable communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
