Candidate with

15-17 years of sales experience into

General Trade preferably from

FMCG

.

The role will involve

- Managing end-to-end retail operations of 12 to15 stores within the assigned circle.

- Drive performance across four key pillars:

People

,

Business

,

Process and

Compliance

.

- Analyze business data, identify performance gaps and implement improvement opportunities.

- Review manpower forecasting across stores

- Conduct mid-term reviews, performance discussions and appraisal processes for the assigned circle.

- Ensure strict adherence to all operational processes related to people, product, cash, inventory and assets.

- Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and audit standards across stores and the regional office.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, Maintenance, Commercial and Supply Chain.

- Lead, coach,



and develop store leadership teams to achieve business and customer service goals.

Preferred Experience :

- Area Sales Manager / Territory Manager / Regional Sales roles in FMCG

- Distribution & channel management experience

- Team handling and productivity management, must have handled a large team & complex situations in the past

- Business analytics and target achievement

- Market execution and compliance management.
