Role Description The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is a full-time, on-site role based in India, responsible for defining and executing the company’s overall technology strategy. This role oversees technology architecture, solution design, and the implementation of digital transformation initiatives for clients.

The CTO will lead and mentor engineering and technical teams, set development standards, and ensure scalable, secure, and sustainable technology solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with leadership and clients, prioritizing technology roadmaps, managing vendor and partner relationships, and monitoring budgets, timelines,



and quality metrics. The CTO will also stay current with emerging technologies, evaluate their relevance, and drive continuous improvement in tools, processes, and platforms.

Qualifications

- Strong background in technology strategy, enterprise architecture, and digital transformation leadership.
- Proven experience managing software development, infrastructure, and IT operations teams in a growing organization.
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms, cybersecurity best practices, and modern development methodologies (e.g., Agile, DevOps).
- Experience translating business objectives into technical solutions that deliver speed, flexibility, and reliability.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and decision-making skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Demonstrated ability to build, mentor, and retain high-performing, diverse technical teams.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Prior leadership experience in a consulting, technology services, or digital transformation environment is highly beneficial.
