Role Description

This is a full time, global position. The Chief Operating Officer owns daily operations and drives organisational efficiency across every market we operate in. The COO leads operational planning, executes business strategy, and manages cross-functional teams to hit performance and growth targets.

The role covers:

- Set and track operational metrics across all regions
- Coordinate with finance and the Founder on budgets and resource allocation
- Drive continuous improvement in process, systems, and service delivery
- Support business development and new market entry
- Assess operational risk and enforce compliance with company policy and local law
- Mentor regional leaders and build a high-performance culture
- Align daily operations with long-term strategic goals

Qualifications





- Strong business planning and strategic planning skills, with experience designing and executing organisational roadmaps
- Proven expertise in operations management, including process optimisation, team leadership, and performance measurement
- Advanced analytical skills to read data, spot trends, and support sound decisions
- Solid background in finance and budgeting, including resource allocation, cost control, and financial reporting
- Senior operations or executive leadership experience, preferably in consulting or professional services
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across diverse teams and cultures
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field. A graduate degree such as an MBA is an advantage. Graduates of leading business schools, such as Harvard or IIM, stand out.
